Hi, I’m Adriana Ghirardelli, a graduate Kinesiologist, certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, and founder of T2f.London. Growing up as a professional athlete, sport has always been at the heart of my life. It’s where my passion for movement, health, and fitness began, and it’s what led me to over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from seasoned professionals to enthusiastic beginners—and each experience has added to my understanding of what it takes to truly make a difference in someone’s fitness journey.
