I am a movement and performance coach from Finland, with roots in Ghana, and over 16 years of experience dedicated to helping clients improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being. I'm fully certified level 3 trainer. My coaching journey is informed by a blend of cultural perspectives and my time in the army, where I developed a disciplined and resilient approach to fitness.
Specializing in everything from dietary guidance to enhancing physical performance, I am passionate about supporting clients in reaching their best selves. My philosophy is rooted in holistic health, combining strength, endurance, and mobility in personalized strategies. Whether working with beginners or seasoned athletes, I am committed to empowering individuals to achieve their physical and mental potential.

I’m Adriana, a BSc Kinesiologist and certified Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey began as an athlete, and I have since transformed my passion into a fulfilling career dedicated to teaching and empowering others.
My goal is to TRULY understand each client’s unique needs, so they feel fully supported and motivated every step of the way.
I’m passionate about building strong, authentic relationships and believe that personalized training is key to achieving meaningful results. My areas of focus include:
